The Giallorossi finished their last year on the seventh place in Italy’s top flight, and are looking to re-vamp their squad in order to bounce back in the next year.
The club’s quest for improvement has seen them sign Zdenek Zeman as the new coach of the team, along with several signings to strengthen the squad with many others rumoured to follow.
Bojan Krkic has high hopes of the Lupi's next season, and insisted that they will be looking to get their hands on Serie A crown in the next season.
The Giallorossi striker insisted that he is aware of the quantum of challenge that the quest represents, but maintained that his team has what it takes to become the Champions.
While talking to the press, the 21-year-old said:
“The target will be to become champions. We know that won’t be easy, but we’ll all start on zero points.”
The Spanish international joined the Italian giants from http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Barcelona-c38604 last year, and had his fair share of difficulties at the outfit in the last season under former Barcelona B coach Luis Enrique.
Bojan insisted that he hoped to get more playing time at AS Roma in the last season than he eventually did.
However, the Lupi attacker stressed that he has taken his decision to stay at the capital outfit, and insisted that he is looking forward to a great year with the club.
“I am still just 21 and I still need to grow. I don’t know what Zeman wants from me yet. I like to play as a centre-forward, but if he wants to use me in a wider role then I will be at his disposal. I want to score 20 goals this season, but the team comes
first…” He added.
