Boka SW-2000

I have a Boka SW-2000. And am having a problem with static when I turn the volume or bass dial. I have a replacement fuse but do not know how to replace it. I tried to get a screwdriver to remove the screws in the back of it but the screws are out of reach of a normal screwdriver. First will replacing the fuse fix the problem with the subwoofer? And can i get an extra long screwdriver anywhere?
