Bold Three looks favourite for Heat 4 of Monmore
For the £200 Heat 4 contest, that is scheduled to take place at Monmore racecourse on the night of August 13, the P. Sallis trained brindle dog, Bold Three, looks to be the strongest candidate who is coming straight from his three consecutive conquests.
Running over 480 meters alongside five worthy rivals, the two-year-old novice hound will deliver a convincing performance that may lead him to thrive emphatically.
The dashing dog started his career on July 10, 2012 and became the solo winner in his maiden race. He moved ahead to grab a 9 ¾-length clean victory at Monmore on July 17.
After finishing first with the margin of 3 lengths in an another T3 event on July 24, the brilliant son of Scarty Lad out of Mohawk Misty marvellously achieved a 5-lengths clean triumph in his last start on August 2.
This fabulous hat-trick of victories is an evidence of the young hound’s capabilities and talent. Bold Three has proved that he can be impressive anywhere against any sort of opposition.
Thus, the rookie runner will be able to register a memorable success tonight provided he manages to stem Tudor Prince in the beginning stage of the race.
The H. Williams trained black dog has been winning with regular intervals since the dawn of the calendar year. In the months of April and July, the veteran hound made some glaring marks.
After winning the Bettor.com Scottish Derby 2012 2nd Round Heat 3 at Shawfield on April 3, he elegantly finished as the runner-up in the very next race named as Bettor.com Scottish Derby 2012 Semi-Final 2.
The talented son of Westmead Hawk out of Old Fold moved on to win two T2 races at Newcastle. Overall, he has performed equally well in different formats of the game.
