Taddei opened the scoring in the 17th minute before Osvaldo scored his 7th goal of the ongoing campaign.

The game got off to a lively start as Roma came extremely close to taking an early lead. Totti found space to shoot from a tight angle but his strike was palmed away by Jean-Francois Gillet.
Minutes later, the hosts also had a lovely opportunity to take the lead. Diamanti led a strong counter-attack, but after finding himself in a lovely striking position, he blasted his shot over the bar.

Roma were clearly the better of the two sides in the early exchanges and enjoyed lion’s share of possession.

To make matters worse for the hosts, defender, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Daniele-Portanova-c10129, was shown a straight red card for insulting the referee.
Roma had several opportunities to extend their lead but all went in vain as they cruised to a comfortable 2-0 win.
The Giallorossi move to the 7th spot, while Bologna remain only three points clear off the drop zone.
