As I was watching it last night - the WR said 19.32 & when he crossed the finish line it said 19.31, but later when he was being photographed he was sitting next to a sign that said 19.30????

What ended up being his record?????

19.30 was the official mark.

The electronic timing has a precision of 1/100th of a second, but to determine the official times they look at the photo finish reel.
