Bolton Wanderers manager Owen Coyle wants http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Daniel-Sturridge-c10076 for a further season – EPL News
Daniel Sturridge joined Bolton Wanderers  on-loan from http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Chelsea-c38786 in the January transfer window of 2011 and has had a wonderful stint with the club. The 21-year-old made 12 appearances for the club and scored eight goals until the end of the season.
Bolton Wanderers manager, Owen Coyle, believes that one more loan season at Reebok Stadium will make Sturridge a first team starter at the Stamford Bridge.
Coyle wants the striker to join his team for one more season as it will help him to grow as a player and will also help him to establish a first-team berth with the Blues. The former Burnley manager added that at this time of his career, the former Manchester
City man needs to play regular football to groom himself into a world class player and playing as an understudy to some of the top players at the club will not help his cause.
Coyle told the club's official website: "I feel with Daniel that another period with Bolton Wanderers would certainly take him on to the next level of his career, and then be a starter for Chelsea.”
"Just now he is under [Didier] Drogba, [Fernando] Torres, [Florent] Malouda, [Nicolas] Anelka, [Salamon] Kalou - as outstanding a player as http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Daniel-c9879 is. Time will tell, but we give them the platform, the opportunity and the belief to play in the best league
in the world."
However, Chelsea have still not decided about the player’s future and they are waiting for the new manager to announce his verdict on the player. Sturridge himself has stated his desire of staying at Bolton for one more season and he has made it clear that
his future lies at a club which can guarantee him regular football.
With the Trotter’s leading goal-scorer this season, Johan Elmadner, having already left the club, Coyle is desperate to sign the striker. Chelsea are expected to name their new manager by next month and Coyle will have to wait before deciding to dip in the
transfer market.
