English Premier League champions over the weekend and Reo-Coker the players were to blame for the defeat.
Reo-Coker joined Bolton Wanderers from Aston Villa in the summer transfer window on a two-year deal on a free transfer after seeing out his contract with the Villains. The midfielder felt the squad could have done better against the Red Devils and insisted
the manager, Owen Coyle, was not to be blamed for the unfortunate but deserved loss at the Reebok Stadium.
Reo-Coker said while speaking to reporters:
“The bottom line is we weren't good enough. We didn't apply ourselves correctly.
We have got no one to blame but ourselves. The manager hasn't got to take any blame. It's the players who must take full responsibility.”

to http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Liverpool-c39809 and the defeat to Manchester United coming last week after the international break.

he went on to score a hat-trick, with Hernandez contributing two goals to make the score-line 5-0.
Reo-Coker said:
“You should not give world class players that much time and space in certain situations. If you play one of the best teams in the world and show them too much respect they will run all over you and that’s what we did.”
The English midfielder said it was crucial that his side learned from their mistake and did better in the future against top teams. Reo-Coker insisted the players had to shape up; claiming a poor start to the season could cripple their chances to finish
in the top half of the table. He said that while the team was adjusting to the new players, they had to do it quickly so that no future performance was affected.
He continued:
"Lessons must be learned. We cannot let it happen again.
It's a new team, it's a new start and we weren't good enough. It's nothing to do with the manager. We have to take full responsibility.”
