Bone books US and CA?

Why in the U.S they made all the bone books already and in the C.A they didn't make all of them and do the U.S ones have color? please answer

Bone books are typically books with graphic illustrtions. So even novels or detective books are printed with lots of pictures and graphics. U. S. being materially more affluent ha smanaged to print all books as bone books to keep the interest as well as to move the books in the market.

Now in CA, there are two types of problems :

1) Financially theyare not sound.

2) U.S. you have to puvblish only in one language - English, so large may be placed and as a result the cost of procduction becomes cheap.The othe issue is there aren't sufficient people who will take interest to publish in Central America's different languges.
