Bono, from U2??

Question

I am working on a project about people in favor of peace or war... and I have to find out information about Bono.....

what did Bono do in favor of peace?

Do he has an organization? or something like that, to help poor people or to do something in favor of peace?

By promoting a fight against poverty, he is promoting peace.  It's a complex issue, but this site may help.

it is really too much to list, so i'll give two of his organizations:

- Started "Product Red" with Bobby Shriver to raise money for the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria

- The organization DATA (Debt, AIDS, Trade, Africa) was established in 2002 by Bono and Bobby Shriver
