Bonus stat catagories in fantasy football?

Im noticing they now have bonus stat catagories when setting up stat catagories for my football league. Anyone know where there is a guide or anything detailing more about this. Im referring to like where it lists 3 of each passing,rushing,recieveing and so on "bonus catagories"

if you want more milestone point awards, just set a yardage total (350 yards passing = 5 extra points etc....). it's kind of a way to award a player for having a career day in passing, rushing or receiving!

I always prefer to play without the 'bonus' points so it's all about preference.  I just don't like when it decides the winner/loser for the week.

It does present more strategy to the manager when setting line-up because you can attempt to plan for a big rushing game against a weak Defense.
