Book/Film Recommendations?

I'm an 18 year old student in London, and I've become immensely bored.

Can you recommend me some films and books?

lol sure.

you should watch 'jumper' it's been recently realeased on dvd so you could rent it or buy it whatever you prefer.

or another classic movie would be kill bill volume 1&2 both excellent,rather violent but still excellent non the less.

An interesting read would be heath ledger's biography,i recently purchased it& it's really good & interesting.

The Night Land which you can read on-line by a British author . A Scanner Darkly or Requiem For a Dream are  interesting films .
