You should first decide what you want to write about. Ideas will then come.

Good writers either write about what they already know - or they are excellent researchers.

Should you decide you want to write by research, then you should research something that interests you greatly.

Does this mean you want to write a book or read a book?

If it's the writing, then the best authors write about something they know about. Write a book about a person your own age using your life experience as a loose basis for the story. But you will have to make up an ending since you are probably a very young person.
