Robbins Pathological Basis of Disease, 7th edition.  Edited by Kumar, Abbas, and Fausto.

It is absolutely the BIBLE of diseases.  No self-respecting pathologist or pathologists assistant (or medical student for that matter) should be without one.

is a really good website.  you could research basically anything there.  i've been using it for some time now

My choice has always been HARRISSONS book of internal medicine.

Smaller and easier to read than Harrisons  is Davidson`s text book of medicine
