Book of Shadows replica Charmed?

Question

Where do you know to buy a replica of the book of shadows from the series charmed, not seperate pages but a replica of the book with the all of the pages from all 8 seasons in charmed. Also I checked ebay and amazon and they don't seem to have it or they just have the cover and the rest of the pages are all blank.
