Book report eskimo?

I'm making a book report for school and it is about eskimo's.

i was wondering what skintone do they have is that a tan skintone or white skintone,black skintone ???

I'm 1/2 inuk.  It seems for my people, generally, if there is any non-inuit mixed in the family the men tend to be lighter skinned than the women.  Maybe because almost no non-inuk women ever assimilated into our families, if there is european heritage it was always young single men.

I have fairly light skin, but get darker quickly in the sun (even in wintertime) and I've never in my life had a sunburn.

There are also some old records of european explorers excountering very light skinned inuit people on west victoria island in the 1700's.
