i am reading The Edge of the Sea by Rachel Carlson by FORCE for summer reading and i need to know a good website that will give a summary of the book chapter by chapter so i don't have to waste my time reading this piece of c**p some people call a BOOK...

my sister said that's what sparknotes does but i went to the website and i don't get how exactly it will help me...

it looks like a college prep website or something.

if you can give me some kind of website that will help me that would be great(:

or tell me how sparknotes works. ahah.

thanks

  1. LOL Sorry to break it to you, but the only way to find out what happened in that book is to read it!

Sounds to me like your teacher is smart to put books on the reading list that are NOT on the various "notes" pages. Good for her (or him!).

So, my advice -- not that you will want it -- drop the attitude and read the book.

  2. Well, you can normally go sparknotes.com/lit/, but it seems that sparknotes doesn't have this book. You might be out of luck :-\.

I know you don't want to hear this, but reading the book actually WILL help you in the long run - trust me. You'll be glad you read it once you graduate, especially when you realize that the little things like that helped you get the $100,000+/yr paying job.
