cruise trips you can buy cancellation insurance. You really didn't say what type trip. I guess you would have to read the fine printed lines on most receipts or call where you booked. If you give a long enough  notice you may have a chance of getting something back.

I don't see why you both shouldn't still go on holiday...unless of course your wife is ill...being pregnant is a good thing...and your wife just needs to check with her doctor, before going...have a great time!

It depends how far she will be and where you are going to. You do realise that pregnancy is a natural thing and thousands go on holiday whilst pregnant and it is not, as some believe an illness
