Booking a flight from another country?

Hi,

I live in Australia and want to visit my friend in Taiwan. Can my friend book a Flight FOR ME in Taiwan? (Flight Tickets cost in AU around 500 to 600 AUD more then in Taiwan) Is this possible over the internet ?

i think you can everything u can do over the net u need credit card ext and u can im pretty sure and they send u tickets or something dunno just try
