Booking a hotel room via the net?

is it safe to bok a hotel roon in turkey via the net using the website www.europebooking.com....i need an answer please ASAP...

I don't know about that website, but I'd feel safer booking a hotel abroad with a reputable travel agent, one who is familiar with the part of the world you are going to. You want someone who will be able to help you if there are any problems once you've arrived.

I would only use a service like expedia or travelocity or hotels.com or some site with a written guarantee.  If you get there and the hotel doesn't have your reservation, it's possible with some places, you want to make sure you can get your money back. I would also only use the sites I mentioned with some known hotel chain which preferably you can also verify your reservation ahead of time with a US based toll free number.
