Bookit.com?

Question

I just used this site to book my honeymoon because it was cheaper than the rest, and now (yeah I should have done it before) am reading some bad reviews. Has anyone used them before? Good/Bad Stories?

Bookit.com's customer service agents gave me wrong information about the pricing because they are SO MISLEADING with how they advertise their prices. About a $1000 difference. When I tried to get them to do something about it, I was put off for several months leading up to my trip. Right before we were ready to leave, one of the managers told me that they would comp one of my tours to make up for the inconvienence and wrong information I had been provided and then never followed through with that. FLAKES... FLAKES... FLAKES...
