Let me tell you a little about her.

Her favorite books are:

The Twilight Saga

Harry Potter

The books by Sarah Dessen

Gossip Girl

Currently she has been looking for a good mystery book or something filled with action. She does not enjoy scary books either! She also like romantic comedies. Please help!

  1. The Clique Series by Lisi Harrison!  These books are similar to Gossip Girl, but more age appropriate for her.  I also liked any books by Margaret Pearson Haddix (not sure if that is how you spell her name).  They are mystery books for kids.  Hope this helps!

  2. Your daughter would probably enjoy any book by meg Cabot because they're all romantic comedies.

May i suggest one of her books called Avalon High.

  3. These are all good books:

The Gemma Doyle Triology by Libba Bray

    1. A great and terrible Beauty

    2. Rebel Angels

    3. The Sweet Far thing

The Red Necklace – Sally Gardiner

    I, Coriander – Sally Gardiner

    Troy – Adele Geras

    Once – Moris Gleitzman

Tales of the Otori series – Lian Hearn

The Hiring Fair – Elizabeth O’Hara

Roll of Thunder Hear My Cry – Mildred D. Taylor and prequel The Land

    Artemis Fowl – Eoin Colfer

His Dark Materials – Philip Pullman

    The Luxe – Anna Godbersen

    Anthony Horowitz

  4. Blood and Chocolate (by Annette Curtis Klause) is a good book.  It's about werewolves, which constantly reminds me of the pack in the Twilight saga.

She should also try The Host by Stephenie Meyer.

As for the romantic comedies, she should read anything from Meg Cabot (the Queen of Babble series) or Sophie Kinsella (the Shopaholic series, quite funny)

P.S. What a coincidence, that the main character in the Twilight series' (Bella) mom is also named Renee!

    I hope I helped!

  5. Melissa Marr's books.

I too suggest Avalon High by Meg Cabot.

Thirteen Reasons Why by Jay Asher(this one isn't so much of a romantic comedy. its actually quite sad but it teaches a good lesson. i believe every teen should read this book)

Also When It Happens by Susane Colasanti was an enjoyable book.

  6. hmm, well i think she'll enjoy these books by Patrick Carman:

The Land of Elyon: The Dark Hills Divide

The Land of Elyon: Beyond the Valley of Thorns

The Land of Elyon: The Tenth City

    (in order)

It's a great series, that I think she'll REALLY enjoy.

Oh and umm, i think she should read Eragon(the book) cuz i gurantee she should read it instead of the movie

Its by Christopher Paolini and I believe the second series is coming out soon.

    Hope I helped!!

    Peace (\/)

  7. Book of a Thousand Days by Shannon Hale

    its romantic and very actiony

basically a fairy tale made new

"The Clique" by Lisi Harrison (younger version of Gossip Girl)

"Tiger, Tiger" by Lynn Reid Banks (Good, but sad)

"To Catch a Pirate" by Jade Parker (adventure, action, romance)

"Uglies", "Pretties", "Specials", "Extras" by Scott Westerfeld (futuristic, science fiction - some romance)
