  1. Those are two very different categories.  You might want to check out witchvox.com regarding Wicca, Witchcraft, and Paganism as well as the paranormal section for ghosts, etc.

  2. Charmed the TV show's Book of Shadows, I know it sounds stupid, but it helps to clearly point out the differences in real life witches/wicca followers and the superstitious stuff you see on TV. Also, if your looking for some simple spells to try it gives a bit of insight as to the uses of different crystals, candles, and other tools of witchcraft. As for ghosts I'm not really sure.

  3. I highly recommend the Weird US series. They are stories about actual places in the US. There may even be one you can take them to. They don't just talk about ghosts,  they also have monsters, devils, demons, and monsters.

  4. I like the "Haunted America" series books. There are a few of them out there. They are by the author Micheal Norman.

  5. A couple of books I have that were written by mediums (people who communicate with spirits/ghosts), and I found these interesting:

I would also try to check out your "local travel" section.  In this section of my local bookstore, I found several books about haunted inns, pubs, etc. that I could learn about and actually visit.  But as these are all non-fiction books, they're not really set up to "scare people" in the way a good horror story does, but they are certainly real stories.

Witchcraft is a practice, and not a very scary one at that - I'm not sure why you have that topic combined with "ghosts" - the two are unrelated.

  6. Check under the 'fiction' section. Theres bound to be something.
