I want to become a real estate agent in the state of Florida. I dont have ANY knowledge about the industry and am worried that I'll go to school and still not be sure of how everything works. I'd like to read some current books that talk about the business of Real estate and how the process works. Any recommendations?

  1. This site has a lot of information about realesstste that could really make a difference.

  2. It is very easy.    You can not be a real estate agent without a broker backing you up, so you need one that will offer training.   They may charge you a pretty high desk fee if you need serious handholding, so make sure you have enough savings to live for about a year with no income.

  3. Your broker will teach you everything once you join a company. The best book is "How I Sold $1 Million in Real Estate in One Year" which was written in 1951 when houses cost $10,000.  Also read any of Gael Himmah's books like " Listing Magic"  (Listing Master?)
