Boolprop... doesn't work on my pc What do i do

i've tried youtube to see how to make it work but it doesn't help. if anyone can help me i'd be more than gratefull. thanx

First of all, how are you typing it? The correct way (that I was told anyway, and has always worked for me) is:

boolProp Testingcheatsenabled true

Secondly, where are you typing it?

The bool prop cheat has to be typed while you're still in the neighbourhood view.

Hopefully one of those will help you out. You know you have to hold down the shift key to access new options right? Otherwise it may look like the cheat didn't work. That's really all I can think of though.
