  1. it is not due to excessive file loading! You should do few things to speed up boot time of PC.

    1. Scan for viruses with up-to-date anivirus

    2. Scan for spywares with anti-spyware

    3. You should decrease the number of startup items. If you don't know how to do this then I will suggest to get CCleaner. The program will be helpful to you.

    4. Update your drivers first! If you do not know this I will suggest you   to download RadarSync or DriverMax which can download drivers for you. (I hope you have .NET framework installed. Check it in Add/Remove programs)

    Most important driver to update is(if you use intel chipset) Intel Ultra ATA storage controller.

    5. Use CCleaner to clean your registry and 'QuickSys RegDefrag' to defrag & compact your registry. Due to many invalid and redundant values in your registry computer bootup can slow down . Remove browser cache or internet files to free up your disk space. You should defrag your hard-disk once a week(I use Auslogics DiskDefrag for it).

    6. There is one registry hack which I may have told you; but you do not seem to have experience about registry editor.

  2. it is probably due to the number of programs that is starting up with the computer. In the run section on your pc type in msconfigh and remove any programs that dont need to be starting up. Also check for viruses with your virus scanner, Then clean the disk up you should be able to find this option in the control panel (admin tools) click free up disk or something like that. Then Defrag your computer (this will speed it up also)

  3. Try to run defrag & checkdisk on all partition of hard disk it will speed up the file accesss time.

    How :

    Defrag :

    My computer->right click->manage->disk defrag

    then analyse & defrag do it for all partition

    Check disk :

    Right clik on the desired partition->properties->tool->check now
