Boot manager compressed

i stupidly started compressing hard drive to save space and i shut computer down before it was finished now when i try to start computer i m in a loop boot manager compressed press cntrl alt del ,i cant get get into safe mode with F8 my comp is ASUS A6000k any ideas ican get into bios and thats all
