Boot sector virus. when system starting abeep sound with "++++++++++++"with not ending comes.when

when system starting abeep sound with "++++++++++++"with not ending comes.when pressing Ctrl key its disappear.when renaming a folder then the symbol is coming with out ending.when we right click a beep sound is coming.the system has a very poor performance.After formating this problem is not going away.
