Booty dancing? like where your but shakes up and down?

how do you do that.. i can sort of do it but not like some people who make it look effortless. do you have to be like flexible or something? haha. i'm talking about like when people shake their butts up and down when they're dancing. how do you learn this?? is there like a website that shows how to do all thoose dance moves haha? thanks. :D

  1. Haha, people saying you need a big butt, no you don't, it just looks better :p

    Its all about the thighs.  Its flexing them to make your booty shake.  Like to shake your a ss, you flex one thigh then the other really really fast, and it makes your booty shake.  

    It has nothing to do with flexibilty, just body isolations.

It doesnt have much to do with moving your acutal butt(but you need to have a butt to shake in the first place also)- its more the flexability to be able to move your body muscles like that- you notice how people that are doing it have their legs bent a little? You control it with your legs/hips,  Its hard to explain.

  3. they probably just practice a lot to tell you the truth i don't know a lot about butty shaking lol but you can go on youtube and type in how to booty shake lol i hope that helps

  8. hmm i learned a long time ago just practice it also depends if ur talking bout the butt clap or just normal booty shaking.

    Get on you tube and type booty shaking their you will see people doing so or up ask in google

    Not a fast movement, but just booty-swayin' and such (lol)

    It's mainly all in the lower back and the movements w/your leg.

    Try in front of the mirror focusing on your lower back and leg movements
