Boozed Effect determined to earn another A1 triumph
Luckily, Boozed Effect has always been effective in A1 format of the game. The M. Roberts trained white and black dog is likely to repeat his traditional class in tonight’s A1 500m Flat that will take place at Nottingham racecourse.
Considering his previous feats, the punters have tagged him as the hot favourite candidate for this high-stakes race. The trainer hopes that the two-year-old novice hound will surely live up to all the expectations hinged on him.
The dashing dog has been impressive since the very beginning of his career. He debuted on April 2 and won his very first race by the margin of 2½.
The talented son of Micks Savings out of Boozed Lorraine stunned all by winning a T3 race with the mammoth margin of 15 lengths on April 17.
His first A1 victory came on April 28 when he defeated Topper Queen by a neck’s margin. He proceeded to bag two A2 triumphs.
On July 28, the maverick sprinter again won an A1 race by beating the hot favourite candidate, Miss Slick, with the margin of 3 lengths. That was a marvellous performance indeed.
Boozed Effect rose to prominence when he bagged two back-to-back victories of this format on August 27 and September 1. In the first race, he outplayed the best-priced runner, Droopys Clive, while in the second one, he wrested first position from the jaws
of Fabulous Adele.
In the light of these stats, we have every reason to believe that Boozed Effect will be quite invincible tonight. The only runner, who will show some resistance against him, is Droopys Clive.
The A. Stone trained fawn dog too has done well in A1 races. On July 30, he nicely won A1 500m Flat by beating Lewcas Lightning.
Interesting to note is the fact that the son of Rumble Impact out of Droopys Chelsea has constantly been on the podium since July 14, getting runner-up ranks and thirds along with a triumph.
The young dog will run well but he cannot be able to outplay Boozed Effect.
Overall, a fierce battle will be witnessed in the coming contest. Good luck to all the six hounds.
