  2. In Swedish "bör" means 'Shall', 'should', 'ought to'. That's the closest I find.

  3. I wonder if you actually mean "kör"  in Swedish which means "all right" as in "Yes, I agree".

    B and a K can easily look similar in some hand writings.

    Bor has several meanings and exists in various languages, for instance it also means "wine" on Hungarian.

    However none seems to match the word "Yes".

    I have also looked at "yes" in most languages and cannot find anything close to it.You can check for yourself here:
