they are both awesome,

there is no way to decide which one is better as they are so different.

mr bean is good wholesome comedy that i still laugh at every time i see it even though ive been watching it since i was born (which was 17 years ago.)

while borat is a racist, insensitive, stereotypic masterpiece, that made me p**s myself laughing the first time i ever saw it. but now, i dunno, its just not as good, but still pretty good
