Border bookstore?!!! PLEASE ANSWER!!!???

Question

okay, i have a couple of question regarding the border reward card,

1. do you need to registers your card in order to recieve coupons?

2. me and my friend go a membership card at the same time, when she got home, she found 2 coupon for border reward thing and i havent' recive any coupons yet...(why?)

3. do i need to registers my card in order to activate it?

please answer my question...

I have a card and you don't have to register it. maybe you put down your email address wrong. Go to Borders.com and sign into your account. then go to customer care and tell them what's going on. or if your gonna go to borders really soon you can just ask someone who works there. hope this helps, good luck!

2. If she didn't not register her card in their website, there's a good chance the email address had an error or the introduction coupons got lost in cyber space.

3. No, furthermore, you will still receive coupons.  However, if you want to take advantage of rewards, etc., it would be a good idea to register it.
