Borders / frame info for yahoo 360?

Question

I need to know how to put borders around my 360 blogs, and where can you get instructions of how to do that, does anyone one know?, plus where do you get those rope and fancy design borders / frames from?

If What you mean is a background you can go to glittergraphics.com and they have backgrounds, just click were it says download image and then click on the right side and save as in your computer, after that just go to your 360 and change theme, and click on the one that says costume theme and then click were it says browse, and then choose the one that you save on your computer and save, if that one does not works and it tells you that you need a jp something image size, than try another one sometimes they are to big or too small but most of them in backgrounds are the same size.
