Bored in NYC on a saturday?

what should i do to pass this dreaded day/night in NYC alone?

any suggestions on where to go?

head to the museum of natural history. it has alot to see. you can walk around in central park - on a nice day, there's alot going on.

Eat at Joe's Shanghai; it will cheer you up.

go to Governor's Island..great view of the city. Take 4/5 train to Bowling Green or 1 to South Ferry or W to Whitehall and go towards the Staten Island Ferry. Next door is the free ferry to go to Gov Island.

Ferry departs every 1/2 half hour. Nice views of downtown and Lady Liberty. They also have cycles for rent or u can bring your own.
