  1. Sorry but you have it wrong :-)  You can't communicate with the girls.  You should take a class in conversational Vietnamese.  I wish I could help you on where to hang out with foreigners.  I go out of my way to find places that foreigners are NOT at.  good luck, cheers.

  2. Come on man, go see Uncle Ho.  Walk around the French Quarter.  Go to Lenin Park.  You're bound to find some chicks.  We're counting on you.

  3. you can try the Solace bar on red river (named Titanic in the past, brit owner), the P**c Tan (named Baracuda in the past, australian owner), the Relax bar.... or just stay 'til the end of the night on the Ta Hien St. "corner"

there's so many thing to do at night

  4. From Hanoi, u can go to Ha Long Bay or Quang Binh ( that are the great places to visit)

or u can flight to Sai Gon to change the air

  5. "....other places that foreigners or English speaking people hang out at are YOUR COUNTRY either U.S.A, or England, or Canada, or Australia, and other Western colonized countries."

    WHAT DO YOU EXPECT?

YOU WERE IN VIETNAM & VIETNAMESES HAVE THE RIGHT TO SPEAK VIETNAMESE.

SOME PEOPLE MAY SPEAK MORE THAN ONE LANGUAGES: ENGLISH, FRENCH, OR CHINESE, BUT PRIMARILY VIETNAMESE.  SO DON'T EXPECT THEM TO SPEAK ENGLISH TO SERVE YOU.  THEY DON'T HAVE TO LEARN ENGLISH IN ORDER TO LIVE IN VIETNAM.

WHEN YOU CAME TO THEIR COUNTRY, YOU ARE A FOREIGNER, YOU DON'T EXPECT ANYTHING FROM THEM & YOU DON'T TELL THEM WHAT LANGUAGE THAT THEY CAN OR CANNOT SPEAK & YOU DON'T HAVE ANY PROPER AUTHORITY TO TELL THE VIETNAMESE PEOPLE HOW THINGS SHOULD BE DONE & YOU ARE ABIDED BY THEIR LAWS, WHICH MEANS YOU CAN'T HAVE THINGS DONE IN YOUR OWN WAYS.

NEXT TIME, YOU MAY HIRE A TOUR GUIDE IF YOU EXPERIENCE A LANGUAGE BARRIER, BUT DON'T EXPECT ANYTHING HAS TO BE DONE IN YOUR WAY BECAUSE WHEN YOU COME TO A NEW TURF, YOU ARE NOT THE KING OF THAT JUNGLE, MY FRIEND.
