my bother went to theuscis office and was turn down,because they told him that he needed to prove that his mom was living in the u s for ten years before he was born,how does one prove that? they want " Documents ,like what kind of documents? his mom was born in airzona

How about your Mom's birth certificate, or tax records dating back that far.  That should do it.
