The Real Madrid midfielder has received backing from his old boss after his difficulties in adapting to life in La Liga.
The Turkish international has had a tough debut season with Los Blancos, as injuries have restricted him to a single league appearance thus far.
Constant injury problems have marred Sahin’s short stay at Santiago Bernabeu and it will be very difficult for him to fight for a first-team place once he returns from injury.
Borussia Dortmund manager, Jurgen Klopp, has landed support to the unfortunate midfielder by wishing him success with his new club. The tactician is hoping to see the Turk in Madrid’s starting line-up after he regains full fitness.
Klopp believes that Sahin could become an important member of the Spanish outfit because he is a match winner. He has urged the club’s medical staff to work hard on the player’s fitness and has advised Jose Mourinho to use him
with care.
While talking to Bild, the former http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/1-FSV-Mainz-05-c38166 tactician also added:
"Everybody knows that the Spanish media exaggerates positive and negative. Nuri is an impatient guy, but nobody should forget that he was injured for a long time."
On the other hand, Klopp did not rule out a Signal Iduna Park return for the creative midfielder but he believes that his talent should not go wasted in http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Spain-c3011. The 44-year-old believes that the midfielder will definitely make a
name for himself in Madrid once he returns from injury.
"I am sure that he will make a better account of himself after the winter break. Although the issue [of a transfer back to Dortmund] is not there now, I will always have an open ear for http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Nuri-Sahin-c28251. Of course we are in close contact."
Klopp concluded.
Sahin spent almost a decade in http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Germany-c2904 and made 135 senior team appearances for the Borussians, bagging 13 goals during the process. The 23-year-old was nominated as the best Player of the 2010/11 Bundesliga season.
The player has managed only four appearances in Madrid colours thus far and has been sidelined through an injury since August 2011.
