Borussia Dortmund manager Jurgen Klopp has stated that he is hopeful of a successful season in the UEFA Champions League. The club has not started the European campaign well and will play Greek side Olympiakos in the next fixture.
The manager is confident of defeating the Greek opposition and admitted that a win in the next fixture will surely bring their campaign back on track.
Die Borussen are currently place third in the Group-F of the Champions League with only one point from the two games played. They are behind Olympique Marseille and Arsenal and five points adrift of the top placed French giants.
Jurgen Klopp’s side had a mixed start to the season in the Bundesliga also but good results recently have brought the champions back in third place with 16 points from the nine games played.

that a win against Olympiakos will surely bring them back in contention for qualification for the knock-out stage of the competition.
“We can survive the group. There are no guarantees, but the chance is there for us to progress. All doors are open, and we're ready for it all. If we get through this group, we'll have to wait for the draw and see what's possible,”
he was quoted as saying in an interview.
However, the boss admitted that even if his side fails to qualify further in the competition, it has still been a memorable experience for the players and it will surely give them a lot of confidence after playing some of the best
teams in the world. He admitted that the focus will purely shift to the domestic league in that case.
“Worst case scenario, we'll enjoy the experience, take the money and focus on the Bundesliga,” he concluded.
Borussia Dortmund will travel to Olympiacos on Tuesday for the Champions League clash.
