Borussia Dortmund midfielder, Sebastian Kehl, has insisted that he is determined to make a strong comeback nest season. He stated that he wants to be fully fit before the start of the next campaign to be ready for the pre-season training. The player suffered
a series of injuries in the previous season and had to see his team win the Bundesliga from the treatment table.
Borussia Dortmund lifted the German Bundesliga title last year, accumulating 75 points with 23 wins from a http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Total-c40747 of 34 matches. The Borussians were the youngest side in the League and stunned many when they won the title in the season ended.
Kehl suffered a series of injuries throughout which included ligament damage, groin injuries and back problems which kept the player out for most of the part of the campaign. He insisted that he is proud to have returned from all the difficulties in the
past two seasons and wants to remain fit to lead his side again.
The midfielder claimed that he is thankful for all the support from the club and will work hard to make his way back into the team.
“To be returned a second time, makes me proud. And I think one or the other will be surprised too,” he was quoted as saying in an interview.
The former http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/SC-Freiburg-c40462 player added that he loves to play football for Dortmund, a club where he has spent nine years, and would want to end his career at the Signal Iduna Park. He also insisted that he is still good to play for many more years and wants
to be an important part of the team.
“Football to play for Borussia Dortmund, for me that is still simply the greatest and I know: Because after so many setbacks with its diverse team of colleagues in their teens to keep up to perhaps cannot, wasted the veteran no idea. I'm still good,” he
concluded.
Sebastian Kehl made only 15 appearances for the Borussians in the past two seasons due to persistent injury problems.
