The problem is this:
The tablet is still in the dispenser after the full washing and drying cycle is finished. As said before I did try three different tablets (all good and expensive makes) and different cycles. I checked the spray arms and filter and they're all clear. I checked the tablet compartment, it is clear, I made sure that it was clean and dry before putting a new tablet, but the problem was the same.
Another website suggested that I put the tablet in the cutlery basket. This time instead of a tablet I decided to put one of those bottles for cleaning the dishwasher (that go in the cutlery basket anyway). After the cycle finished the bottle was still full with cleaning fluid and the membrane in the cap was still intact.
There is water in the dishwasher, I've checked mid-cycle and you can hear the sound. The dishwasher is hot when the cycle is finished, but don't know if this is because of the drying cycle.
The make is Bosch Exccel, free standing, slimline.
Could it be the element?
