Bosch SHY66C

Question

My Bosch dishwasher won't fill with water.  All electrical connections are fine and I can hear it make a sound as if it is trying to start about every 2 minutes.  There was water in the bottom so I used a shop vac and pulled it all out but it still won't start and is doing the same thing.  I checked the solenoid with a multi-meter and it appears to be working.  My power went out last night for about two hours and that's all I can think of that might have affected it.  The dishwasher is about 1 yr old.  Any thoughts?
