Bosch fridge freezer is icing. bosch fridge freezer is icing up at bottom of freezer. have cleared

bosch fridge freezer is icing up at bottom of freezer. have cleared drain but problem persists. Have read somewhere that it may be advisable to do a reset using control buttons but cannot find the details now. any advice appreciated
