Bosch logixx fridge/freezer

Question

Purchased a new bosch logixx fridge freezer and 3 days later still waiting for it to work.i've turned it off for 6 hours and then put it on to cool down overnight."correct" running noises heard but still only good for keeping your red wine warm.
