Just thought it would be worth asking if anyone on here has been through a Bose interview? I'm currently reading everything there is to know on Bose via their website, but I was wondering if anyone has any idea on what questions will be asked? Many thanks.

  1. Sincerely, any interview you go to, as long as they can tell you have tried to 'read up' on their products and such, they will see that you are serious about making this job work.  Stress that you have been studying up and are eager to learn more about the company as well as its products and goals.  If you are sincere and professional about the whole thing, you should have a very good chance.  Never make anything up or try to 'fudge' your way through a question either.  Be sure, if stumped, to make it clear, you don't know the exact answer to the question but you look forward to learning more about that area as you move further along.

Another good tip, if you are nervous.....its ok to say so.  Look them directly in the eye and say, sorry if I seem a little nervous.  This opportunity is very important to me.  Thats a perfectly acceptable thing to say, and it shows accountability for yourself.

    Good luck!

  2. Ask them why they refuse to release their overpriced junk for independent review and if they're frightened of the hifi press taking too in depth a look at the garbage they call Hi-Fi.

Also ask them why their products are always well separated from other manufacturers in a showroom, and ask them to confirm it's because they don't perform that well against other cheaper manufacturers.

  3. as sales or what just try to read up on basic terminology and their products and how they work (jewel cube speakers what ever info the show on there site),but mostly they ask u personality questions, how u can make a difference working for them, they prob ask u why u want to work for them, what modivates you, basicly want you to sell as much of the **** as u can of there products so reading as i said in the first bit will help u such as if some on buys a surround system what else can they buy add ons wires surge bars ect. they might ask u why do u think you would be the right person for the position. just basicly the questions they ask will be based on your personality, they need people that are able to gain trust of customers, if you can get em to like you ur got the position, i got into bestbuy and futureshop this way.

  4. Never interviewed with them - but it can't hurt to learn a bit about the company history, products etc. before you go.

I have heard it is a good company to work for.

I hope it works out for you.

  5. There is a saying in the professional AV industry - no highs, no lows....it must be Bose.   Seriously - treat it like any other interview and make sure that you know their products.  It is always good to ask some "out of the box" type questions either about their product development, sales strategy or something about the industry to tell them that you care enough to spend some time looking them up.

  6. Sorry cant help but hay if you get the job can I have a discount? Please x

  7. They ask you about the black helicopters, and your headaches.
