Question:

Bose remote wont play movies, only controls volume Please HELP?

I just got a bose, and the remote only controls the volume, turns teh system on/off, and the set up botton. The rest of the buttons like the play stop over buttons page buttons ff rw and enter buttons do not even work. Please help!!!

  1. read your manual!!! and if it is 321 play the setup DVD you will get it.patience my friend!

  3. You got ripped off!!  Bose stinks for what you pay!!

  4. Maybe it is in the wrong intput. Try hitting the dvd/cd button on top and try using the buttons then. I'm also asuming that it has a built in dvd player like a 321.
