Bose x headset..ipod adaption?

does the bose x headset allow you to plug an ipod/phone into it like the david clark x11p?

  1. That is one feature (or lack thereof) that I don't like about my Bose. You can buy an adapter from Sporty's that will allow you to interface any headset with a phone, ipod, etc.

    Check out the new Lightspeed Zulu headset; I believe it comes with an interface/bluetooth and is supposed to be comparable to the Bose in noise reduction. I have read mixed reviews on the X11. I had one of DC's earlier ANR headsets and I was not happy with the audio quality. That has been the chief complaint about the X11 also.

  2. No it does not. that was a big factor in deciding which headset I went with. I went with the x11, because sometime, you just need some good music to steady the nerves in a bad situation
