Bosnia and the Euro Union?

what were the terms of which bosnia could join EU? i remember rodvan had to be captured and they have to have a combined military force with Serb,Repub.what are the other terms they have to complete ? and by the way i heard there was oil in tuzla is that true ?

I dont know the terms of the EU, but yes there is Oil and lots of it.
