Bosnia’s national team coach, Susic feels that Edin Dzeko should leave Manchester City, in order to save his career.
Dzeko has not gone on to start a game for Manchester City since March and hasn’t scored a goal for the club since February.
Despite that fact, the striker has not voiced his concerns over his importance at the club and has been more then open to coming in off the bench and playing for a couple of minutes every now and then.
However, with Dzeko now being twenty six years old, the Bosnian coach feels that the striker needs to play first team football on a regular basis and if he isn’t getting that at City, then perhaps he should end up leaving the team and playing elsewhere.
When talking about Dzeko and what he should do in the future, Susic is quoted to have said: "Dzeko's situation at Manchester City cannot last forever”
“He knows what is best for him.”
"It seems that Manchester City will win the title, which means http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Mancini-c23323 and his staff will remain, and I saw that City are planning to bring in even more attacking players."
Despite him not being as active as he would have wanted to, there is still a lot of interest from all across Europe over the player’s capture.
A number of teams, including the likes of AC Milan and Juventus have been linked with the striker in recent weeks.
Even though these teams are interested in the player, the player’s agent has insisted that he might not move to http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Italy-c2926, since City will demand a ridiculous fee for him.
Martina, who happens to be the Bosnian striker’s agent, when talking about the possibility of a move to Italy is quoted to have said: "Dzeko is a champion, although this season he has not done so well"
"The City striker costs too much, so no Italian club will deal with the English club to buy him now."
It is now up to Dzeko to go ahead and put in a transfer request, or end up sticking to the bench at City for the coming season.
