Boss 3500 Watt Monoblock Amp stops putting out...

Question

I have a Boss 3500 watt monoblock amp that works when the car is turned off but as soon as I start the car it stops putting out any sound. The amp is wired up to a 10 Farad capacitor that is wired up directly to the battery thru a stinger 200 amp solinoid switch that is used to turn on the amp and capacitor.
