Boss' 40th office party!?

Question

We're throwing a "surprise" 40th party for my female boss. Her business partner turned 40 last year and she really got him. He's looking for ideas that are outrageous as kind of a payback. I've come up with a billboard idea but that's it - anyone got any ideas of what else I can do? The party's a luau theme.

hire a singing telegram or a "G" rated (comedy) stripper

Things I have seen:

Flashing arrow sign in front of her house or business.  

Toilet - put up with sign that her life is now going down.  

Black funeral wreath on the door.

Have everyone bring sympathy cards instead of birthday.

Ignore it on the date - wait a day or week later.
